mcIntyres hair stylists Michael and Nikki compete at the UK Wella Trend Vision Awards in London

Michael Howie and Nikki Rice from mcIntyres salons, Dundee, Scotland compete tonight in one of the biggest and celebrated events in the creative hairdressing calendar;The UK Wella Trend Vision Awards at the stylish Roundhouse venue in Camden, London. Both stylists will present their model and interpretation of their chosen trend and be part of an amazing showcase in front of the cream of the British hairdressing elite
Michael and Nicki won through to the UK Wella Trend Vision Awards final by winning the Scottish regional finals at the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow earlier this year, both entered the Celeste category and now go on to be part of the amazing and stylish showcase event at the Roundhouse in trend-setting Camden, where winners will be chosen to go to the world finals this year in held in Madrid. Kay McIntyre said ‘really,really proud of them both and look forward to supporting them at the UK final in London’
Michael is part of the Sebastian Cult team and Nicki is on Wella’s Generation now team which are both highly prestigious recognised UK art teams.
mcIntyres have a very strong heritage in this competition and creative director, Sammy Galloway won UK Gold at last year and memorably went on to represent the UK at the Wella Trend Vision World Finals in New York.We wish them all well and hope they enjoy the experience, Kay and others from mcIntyres salons, family, friends , models and others from the team will be making the trip to add nmorale support – Good Luck everyone!
