Kay McIntyre, Cara Webster, Nicole Hird, and Freya Griffiths, have achieved the L&D9DI qualification for HND PDA Workplace Assessment Using Direct and Indirect Methods course, officially becoming certified hairdressing assessors!

By training our team to deliver only excellence, we ensure that every client experiences exceptional.

The L&D9DI qualification trains individuals to assess workplace competence using both direct methods, like observation, and indirect methods, such as work product reviews and discussions, ensuring valid, reliable, and fair assessments.

Through the L&D9DI course, our assessors are now fully equipped to mentor the next generation of stylists, instilling in them the precision, passion, and skill that McIntyres is known for.

This accomplishment allows us to pass on the Mcintyres legacy of excellence, so every apprentice and junior stylist who trains with us learns to provide a client-focused experience that is second to none !
