Domestic Delivery Policy

Shipment processing time

We try our best to fulfil orders on the same day as they are placed, with a cut off of 12pm for Next Day orders and 3pm for delivery services. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for busier periods.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 postal services for order value under £100 and Parcel Force 48 for orders over £100 in value.

For Click & Collect orders, order before 2pm to collect that same day, otherwise it will be available to collect the next working day. Orders will be held for 14 days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

mcIntyres.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

mcIntyres.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.K.
