Azealia Banks has revealed via her twitter that she is to rename her mixtape ‘Fantastic’ to Fantasea. Fans in Scotland where gutted she had to cancel her Rockness Festival date as well as most of her summer festival appearances due to her recording schedule.The artist rapper sensationally shot to fame through her explosive dance track with explicit unprecedented lyrics that have been more than controversial. She went on to say that the renamed mixtape will have a release date of July 4.
Banks unveiled a new track, ‘Jumanji’. The track, produced by Hudson Mohawke and Nick Hook, has been taken from the anticipated mixtape, which comes ahead of her debut album ‘Broke With Expensive Taste’, due this autumn.
Banks is still scheduled to play Reading and Leeds Festivals and BBC Radio 1’s biggest event of the year the Hackney Weekend. Her October UK headline tour is to go ahead as planned.

Keeping the sea theme, Banks presents the Mermaid Ball this Sunday, June 3 at Bowery Ballroom in New York City with Maluca, House of LaDosha and other more are scheduled to perform. There’s a $1000 cash prize for “best mermaid costume.”
