A new survey by international research data and analytics group YouGov has found that a visit to a hair salon came top of the places people would most like to visit post lockdown easing.
From a survey of over five thousand people, 27% gave ‘Hairdressers’ as their number one place to visit once lockdown restrictions are eased, with ‘Outdoor Hospitality’ the nearest entry with 24%. The rest of the places given were ‘Non-essential shop’, ‘Gym/swimming pool’, ‘Self-catering accommodation’, ‘A theme park’ then ‘None of the above’.
Placing ahead of a visit to a beer garden shows the essential nature that many people see a visit to a hairdresser for both physical and mental well being.
Latest Government advice will hopefully see Hairdresser reopen around the middle of April. Secure your place by joining mcIntyres Salons waiting list HERE
