Wella and UNICEF have launched the first European initiative of their Making Waves programme, which aims to empower young people with skills for the future and raise 10,000 Euros in the process.
The programme began in Brazil in 2012, where 38% of young people live in poverty, and this year expands to Romania for its first European initiative with the aim to “help vulnerable young people by giving them the hairdressing training, mentoring and life skills they need to have a more beautiful perspective on life.”
